MAGIC COOKIE BARS 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs (32 sqs.)
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 1/3 c. flaked coconut (7 oz. can)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate baking chips
2 tbsp. butter

Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, and powdered sugar. Press firmly into ungreased 3 quart (9 x 13 inch) glass baking dish. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. (Bake with medium-power microwaves 4 to 5 minutes.) Combine coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Spread over baked layer and return to oven; bake with medium power microwave 4 to 5 minutes. Cool slightly.

In a 1 quart casserole, combine chocolate baking chips and butter. Heat with high power microwave 2 to 3 minutes, only until chocolate is melted, stirring after 1 minute. Spread chocolate mixture over coconut layer. Cool; cut into squares and refrigerate. 4-8 bars.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
