STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 
8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
8 slices bacon
8 slices ham or chipped beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
8 cubes Mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack cheese

Lay each chicken breast flat and layer the following ingredients on each one:

Sprinkle of black pepper
1-2 tsp. chopped onions or chopped bell pepper or combination of both
Cube of cheese
Slice of ham or chipped beef

Roll up each breast and wrap with slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick. Arrange each breast in baking dish. Mix together soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Cover and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Cook for 3 hours in 275 degree oven.
