STUFFING 
1/2 lb. loose sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
3 qts. bread, 1 1/2 loaves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. melted butter

Fry sausage until brown (drain). Remove from pan. Add butter, onion, celery; brown lightly. Add sausage and corn. Toast bread lightly. Mix all together with seasonings. Will stuff 20 pound turkey loosely.
