SWEETENED BACON ROLL-UPS 
1 loaf sliced bread
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. bacon
3 c. shredded cheese

Remove crust from bread slices, flatten bread with rolling pin. Combine condensed milk, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in bowl; mix well. Layer 1 slice bread over 3 slices bacon. Spread with condensed milk mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Roll as for jelly roll. Cut into halves. Place in baking pan. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Yield: 20 servings.
