ASPARAGUS 'N CHEESE 
3 cans green asparagus
1 (4 oz.) pkg. bleu cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. cheese flavored crackers, crushed
1 stick butter

Drain asparagus. Layer in baking dish, crumbled bleu cheese over asparagus. Spread sour cream over bleu cheese and asparagus. Melt butter and sprinkle crumbs. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Serves 6.
