GERMAN YUM YUM CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. crushed pineapple, including juice
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes in a 9x13 inch pan. Frost immediately with German Icing.

GERMAN ICING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. coconut

Boil sugar, butter and milk for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add nuts, coconut and vanilla mixing well. Pour over cake when cake and icing are quite warm. This cake stays fresh for days as the flavor improves.
