LITE CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6 boneless chicken breasts
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 slices ham, sandwich style
1/2 c. skim milk
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs (Italian style)
Salt and pepper
Parsley

Place chicken breasts on a cutting board and pound to 1/2 inch thickness. In separate bowl pour skim milk. In additional bowl place 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs seasoned with salt and pepper.

On the chicken breast place 1 slice Swiss cheese and 1 slice of ham. Roll jelly roll fashion and secure with wooden toothpick. Dip in milk and then roll in bread crumbs. Place in 9x9 baking dish sprayed with "Pam" and bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
