CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 head cabbage, finely chopped
1/2 jar sesame seeds, toasted
2 sm. pkgs. slivered almonds, toasted
5 boneless & skinless chicken breasts, cooked & cut in pieces
2 pkgs. Top Ramen noodles, dry & crumbled

DRESSING:

1 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil

Cook chicken in microwave for 20 minutes. Before cooking, sprinkle with garlic salt. Toast sesame seeds under broiler for 1 minute (be careful, they burn easily). Mix all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving. This makes a huge salad. It tastes best when eaten the same day it is made.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
