1 head broccoli, use only flowerets
1 head cauliflower, use only flowerets
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. tarragon vinegar

Toss broccoli flowerets, cauliflower flowerets, onions and bacon together. In another bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour dressing over vegetables, toss and serve.
