1 1/2 stick butter 1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts 2 c. Cool Whip 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 2 boxes vanilla instant pudding Mix butter, flour and 3/4 cup nuts. Spread in pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees, then cool. Mix 1 cup Cool Whip, confectioners' sugar and softened cream cheese. Spread over the crust. Mix both boxes of pudding with 3 cups of milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread rest of Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle with remaining nuts. |
