PAT IN PAN PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk

Combine flour, sugar and salt. Add oil and milk. Mix well and pat in 9 inch pie pan. Fill with desired filling. Flute edge if desired.

Tip 1: If desired, you may use half whole grain flour and substitute honey for sugar.

Tip 2: If you use self rising flour, omit salt.

Tip 3: May mix dough in pie pan, if desired.
