PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. box Rotelle, cooked & drained
8 oz. Mozzarella, cubed
8 oz. feta cheese, cubed
4 lg. tomatoes, cut in 16ths
1 green pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 yellow pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 red pepper, sliced into thin strips
2 tbsp. oregano mixed with 2 tbsp. basil
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing prepared with red wine vinegar, oil & water
Parmesan cheese, grated

Rinse cooked pasta in cold water and place in a large bowl. Roll cubed cheese in oregano/basil mixture until well coated, add to pasta. Add tomatoes and peppers. Pour prepared dressing over pasta and stir well. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over pasta mixture and stir again. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

This makes a lot of salad, suitable for parties, etc.
