APPLESAUCE RAISIN BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 stick butter
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. cinnamon & sugar

GLAZE:

For on top of biscuits.

1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 tsp. brewed coffee

1. In a large mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder and baking soda; mix.

2. With a fork blend butter to form pea size pieces, lightly stir in raisins.

3. In another bowl combine applesauce and sour cream until blended. Stir in flour mixture until dough holds together in a ball. Make cinnamon sugar. Sprinkle over ball and then knead once or twice.

4. Roll and cut biscuits. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Mix powdered sugar and hot coffee, just enough to make a glaze. Drizzle over hot biscuits.
