1 Duncan Hines marble cake mix
2 lbs. Ricotta
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Make mix as directed. Pour into one 18 inch or two 9 inch pans. Mix Ricotta and eggs, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Pour on top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
