MOTHER IN LAW CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. fresh or frozen cranberries, ground
1 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. cubed apple, or chopped pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. whipped cream (or cool whip non dairy)

The day before the salad is to be served, mix cranberries and sugar and let set in refrigerator. Next day, drain berries and add all other ingredients. Folding together gently. Salad will be luscious pink color.
