BAKLAVA 
1 box phyllo dough
1 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. chopped pecans
1 (12 oz.) jar honey

Mix pecans with sugar and cinnamon. Butter the bottom of a baking dish. Lay a sheet of phyllo dough in the bottom of the dish and brush with melted butter. Do this 6 more times, then spread 1/3 of the pecan mixture on top. Repeat this process 2 more times, then top with last layer of 6 phyllo sheets, each one brushed with butter. Cut in half and bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Heat honey and pour over the baklava as soon as it comes out of the oven. Cut into bite size squares at any time after cooling.
