AUSSIE SIRLOIN STEAK PARCELS 
6 sirloin steaks
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 pkg. French onion soup mix
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 c. red wine

Rub steaks with combined soy sauce and garlic, stand for several hours or refrigerate overnight. Place each steak on a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to enclose it completely. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons soup mix, a few onion slices and 2 tablespoons red wine over each steak. Seal steaks tightly in foil, barbecue until cooked as desired. It is not necessary to turn steaks. Serves 6.
