FLORIDA SALAD 
1/4 green pepper, sliced thin
1/4 Bermuda onion, diced
2 ribs celery, sliced thin diagonally
1 sm. head lettuce, chunked (approx. 1 qt.)
2 med. potatoes, boiled & sliced
4-6 frankfurters, cut into chunks
8 oz. clear sweet-sour dressing such as "Old Dutch"

Heat frankfurters, potatoes and salad dressing to just under a boil. Pour over chilled vegetables. Serves 2 or 3 people a "meal in a bowl".
