HOT NOODLE DISH 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. broad egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomato soup

Brown together in large fry pan onion, celery, ground beef, salt and pepper. Cook egg noodles and drain. Add soups to hamburger mixture. Add drained noodles. Use 3 quart dish. May be eaten immediately, or baked at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
