HAWAIIAN HAYSTACKS 
4 chicken breasts (boiled and cubed)
3 cans cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 cans of water
1 med. onion (diced)
1 med. tomato (diced)
1 or 2 cans chow mein noodles
3 or 4 c. minute rice
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 or 3 c. grated cheese
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Gravy: Mix chicken, soup, onion and water - bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve over rice and noodles.
