MACARONI - MEAT SALAD 
16 oz. pkg. macaroni
1/4 c. vinegar
2 c. diced ham
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. grated onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves
1 tomato

Cook macaroni and drain. Pour vinegar over macaroni; allow to stand for 10 minutes. Toss macaroni and all remaining ingredients together except lettuce and tomato. Pile salad on crisp lettuce leaves and garnish with tomato wedges. Yields 8 servings.
