NACHO SALAD (SERVES 3 PEOPLE) 
1 lb. of ground beef
1 pkg. of taco seasoning
1 can of Campbells Nacho cheese
1 lb. of plain nacho chips
Lettuce
1 can of black olives
1 sm. onion
Sour cream or onion dip

Brown ground beef with small onion chopped in it. Drain grease. Add taco seasoning to the cooked ground beef per instructions on the package. Warm up the can of nacho cheese per instructions on the can.

You may warm up the nacho chips, if perferred. To serve: For one person; place nacho chips in a plate. Add cooked beef, lettuce, nacho cheese and all other ingredients per liking.
