CRISPY MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
2 eggs, whipped
2/3 c. fresh bread crumbs, soaked in milk
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
3 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
Dash of black pepper
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 clove garlic, pressed
6 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Ground turkey, in a bowl combine the turkey, egg, bread crumbs, lemon pee, parsley, peppers, garlic and Parmesan cheese. Shape into large walnut shaped meatballs. Place in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until crispy brown. Serves 4.
