QUICK POTATO SOUP 
3 med. potatoes, peeled and cut up
1/2 c. onion, cut up
1 can chicken broth
1 c. water
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Salt
Pepper; optional
Lawry's salt; optional
Chives; optional

Combine onion, potatoes, chicken broth, and water in saucepan. Cook until potatoes are tender, about 6 minutes. Shake milk and cornstarch together in a covered jar. Add to potato mixture and bring to boil. Then simmer a couple of minutes. Serve.
