OATMEAL COOKIES 
3/4 c. honey
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. seedless raisins

Cream honey, sugar, butter and egg. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and soda. Stir into creamed mixture. Add rolled oats and raisins. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
