PASSOVER ROLLS 
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 c. matzo meal
4 eggs

Bring oil, water, salt and sugar to a boil. Add matzo meal and mix well. Beat in the 4 eggs, one at a time. Allow mixture to stand for 15 minutes. Shape into rolls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour or until golden brown.
