HOT FUDGE PEANUT BUTTER TOPPING 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. peanut butter

Mix 1 cup sugar, cocoa and flour. Pour the water over the sugar mixture and whisk until all lumps are out. Cook until mixture thickens and add the vanilla and peanut butter and beat until smooth. Pour over ice cream. Store in refrigerator and reheat to use again.
