1 lb. ground beef Onion Potatoes Carrots Cream of chicken soup French onions I use an 8"x8" square pan. Pat the meat down first with some salt, pepper and onion to season. Par boil sliced carrots and potatoes (to serve 4 to 6 people), about 5 minutes. Add to the meat with little of the water. Then cover with a can of undiluted cream of chicken soup. Cover with French onions and bake 1 hour, covered. A larger pan size might work out better for some people. |
