CORNBREAD PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Your favorite cornbread recipe

Brown onion and ground beef in skillet. Drain fat. Add corn, soup, water, chili powder, salt, and pepper; cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Pour mixture in a buttered casserole dish. Prepare your favorite cornbread recipe and spoon mixture over meat. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 20 minutes or until cornbread is crisp.
