ITALIAN CORNBREAD MUFFINS 
3 c. self-rising cornmeal mix
1 can cream corn
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. red pepper, crushed
1/2 c. milk

Mix together cornmeal, pepper, corn and cheese; add milk. Grease muffin pan; spoon in mix. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
