LULA'S PRIZE WINNING PINEAPPLE
CAKE
 
1 yellow cake mix (can be generic)
1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice
3 tbsp. brown sugar (light)
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding, cooked
1 sm. container extra creamy Cool Whip

Bake cake as directed. Punch holes with a straw all over cake. While cake is baking, simmer the crushed pineapple and brown sugar in small saucepan. Also cook the pudding.

Spoon the pineapple mixture over the cake while hot. Spoon cooked pudding over pineapple mixture. Let cake cool. Frost with Cool Whip. Enjoy!
