BETTY'S DELUXE CORNBREAD 
2 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. cream style corn
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. self-rising yellow cornmeal

Beat eggs. Blend in sour cream, cornmeal and oil. Add salt and corn. Blend well. Pour in greased baking pan and bake approximately 30 minutes.
