SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, frozen and chopped 1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream 1 (1 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix 2 eggs Thaw spinach and squeeze out water. Mix sour cream mix and eggs together; add spinach. Place in greased 2 quart dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. This is a family Christmas favorite. |
