1 c. pecans
20 Ritz crackers or saltines
1 c. sugar minus 3 tbsp.
3 egg whites

Put 1/2 sugar to crushed crackers and pecans. Beat egg whites and add remainder of sugar. Mix with crackers and pecans. Pour in greased pie pan and cool in moderate oven until well done.
