3/4 c. mini marshmallows
2 lbs. cooked yams or sweet potatoes
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. evaporated milk, skimmed
1/2 c. sour cream, fat-free
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mace
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Boil potatoes (cut in 1/2 or 1/4 inch), peel off skin and mash. Mix all ingredients together. Put into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
