CARAMEL BARS 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
32 light caramels
1 c. milk chocolate chips
1 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. melted butter
5 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine flour, oatmeal, sugar, soda, salt and butter, saving a little for the top. Place flour-oatmeal mixture in bottom of 11x7 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt caramels; mix with evaporated milk.

Remove crust from oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans over top. Spread caramel mixture over this and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
