PUMPKIN RAISIN OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 lg. egg
1/2 tsp. salt

3 c. Old Fashioned oats, uncooked
1 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. hull, roasted pumpkin seeds (optional)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 13-15 minutes or until firm. Store in airtight container. Makes about 3 dozen.
