GREEN BEAN SALAD 
1 can French-cut green beans, drained
1 can sm. peas, drained

4 pieces diced celery
1 diced green pepper
1/2 can diced pimento
1 sm. diced onion

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. water
Dash of paprika

Mix until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour over salad and mix well. Let stand overnight; drain at least 1 1/2 hours before serving. (Dressing may be used two or three times.)
