WELSH RABBIT 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
dash of cayenne
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cracker Barrel Brand sharp natural Cheddar cheese
white bread, toasted, cut in triangles

Make white sauce with butter, flour, milk and seasonings. Add cheese; stir until melted. Serve over toast; sprinkle with paprika, if desired. 6 servings.
