CHOCOLATE SAUCE (FOR FRUITS) 
6 (1 oz.) squares semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c. Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
Fresh fruits

Place chocolate in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in Kahlua and sugar, stirring until smooth.

Let sauce cool to room temperature. Serve with fresh fruits. Serves 3/4 cups. Hint: Use microwave oven to melt chocolate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
