1 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 env. Butter Buds mixed in 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. allspice
24 packets Equal
1 egg replacer beaten in water
4 tbsp. apple unsweetened concentrated fruit juices

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray with 2 round or 1 rectangular baking pan with Pam and flour. Beat butter, egg and sweeteners together. Add applesauce and spices. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Bake 45-50 minutes.
