1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
Unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Mix all ingredients except pie shell. Pour into shell and bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees about 50 minutes. Cool before cutting.
