DRIED FRUIT SOUP 
2 qts. water
1 stick cinnamon
4 c. mixed dried fruit
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. quick cooking tapioca
1/2 c. grape or cranberry juice

Wash and soak dried fruit. Add cinnamon to water and fruit. Simmer until tender, about 1/2 hour. Add tapioca and cook another 15 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick and add grape or cranberry juice.
