MEXICAN SALAD 
1 head lettuce
5 or 6 sm. tomatoes
1 lb. can red kidney beans, drained
1 lb. lean ground beef, sauteed
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tortilla chips, unsalted, baked
1 dry packet Italian dressing, mixed as directed

Cook ground beef until done, then season with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Break up head of lettuce, slice tomatoes. Add to beef along with kidney beans. Add chips, mix Italian dressing. Pour on.
