TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can or 2 sm. cans tuna, drained
3/4 c. egg noodles
1 can peas, drained
1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1/8 c. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Crushed crackers

Cook noodles until tender, drain and rinse with cold water. Add all ingredients together (except crackers). Place in casserole. Spread crushed crackers over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
