CELERY SEED COLE SLAW 
3 c. finely chopped or shredded cabbage
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
3 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. vinegar, warmed
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

In large bowl toss the cabbage, oil and warm vinegar. Add the remaining ingredients and toss again. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Yield: 6 servings.
