GROUPER PARMESAN 
2 lbs. grouper fish fillets
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Paprika and parsley

Cut fish into serving pieces. Blot excess moisture with paper towel. Make single layer in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except paprika and parsley. Spread over fish. Sprinkle on paprika. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
