CHICKEN SOUFFLE (STRATA) 
4 c. cooked cut up chicken
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lg. onion, minced
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. celery, diced
8 slices of bread with crusts removed
4 eggs
3 c. milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Mix chicken, mayonnaise, onion, pepper, and celery. Have ready bread, eggs, milk, and soup.

Lay 4 slices of bread on bottom of large shallow casserole. Pour chicken mixture over bread. Cut remaining slices of bread into cubes and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Beat eggs and add milk, pour over all. Pour 2 cans of mushroom soup over all. Chill 1 hour or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
