BLINTZE CUP CAKES | |
1 lb. small curd cottage cheese 3 tbsp. sour cream 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. (1/4 c.) sugar 1/2 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. Bisquick Place all the above ingredients together in a blender. Beat well. Pour into buttered small muffin tins. Fill to top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. When ready to serve put a dab of red and black caviar on top. Another one of Bisquick's wonderful creations. When I serve these wonderful cup cakes, everyone wants the recipe. |
