BRAN APPLE MUFFINS | |
1 c. regular skim milk 1 1/2 c. natural applesauce 1 tbsp. vanilla 3 oz. bran flakes 1/4 c. melted butter 1 tbsp. brown sugar substitute Mix above together and put aside. Mix together: 3/4 c. flour 1 tbsp. baking soda 1 tbsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. cinnamon Stir both mixtures together. Put in sprayed muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Yield: 12 muffins, 90 calories, 1 LU. |
